La Ballerie, a traditional Gite in France with pool, sleeps 4

La Ballerie was newly converted in 2003 to the highest standards. It features an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. Exposed beams and stone walls feature throughout the property. It also includes a TV and DVD player.

La Ballerie sleeps four adults in two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The bedrooms are reached via the open tread oak staircase. A large shower with twin wash basins and a separate toilet are also provided.

The kitchen has a warm farm house feel with a modern oven with hob, a fridge , microwave, coffee maker and kettle for convenience. Being stone walled and with tiled floors it remains cool during the summer heat but also cosy in the winter and is fully centrally heated.
