Airports- We are just forty minutes from Poitiers or 1 hour from La Rochelle both with Ryanair from London Stanstead , flight time 1 hour . Bordeaux Airport is 2 hours by car and has daily flights from most major UK airports .

Ferry ports at St Malo, Caen, Roscoff, Le Harve and Cherbourg are all useable if you wish to drive, or alternately Eurostar train services direct to Poitiers are available.
